【 特 征 】
 1、PTFE
PTFE涂层一般为one-coat, two-coat方式，产品中氟树脂层的使用温度最高(290°/550°F)，磨擦系数极小，分为水性和油性产品。
2、FEP
PTFE的改良类型，耐热性不如PTFE。
FEP涂层是烧成过程中变成带有流动性物质、形成无孔的薄膜。这样的FEP涂层具有良好的非粘接性、耐化学性、耐腐蚀性，使用温度为(200°/400°F)，分为水性及粉末剂。
3、PFA
同时兼备FEP和PTFE的优点，作为氟树脂具有良好的非粘接性和耐热性。
PFA涂层是与FEP一样，形成无孔薄膜。
连续使用速度为(290°/550°F)，需要耐化学性的物品，这里有可以把薄膜厚度达到1300μm厚度的产品。

Kinds and Characteristics
1.PTFE
As one-coat or two-coat type, It is used at highest temperature (290°/550°F) on the fluoro resin layers. It has low friction coefficient and is divided into aqueous and oily.
2. FEP
A s advanced type of PTFE, Its heat resistance is less compared to PTFE. FEP coating changes into flexible substance during sintering and forms a non-porous film. FEP coating has the merits of excellent non-stick, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance, may be used at up to and divided into aqueous and oily.
3.PFA
Securing both merits of FEP and PTFE, This fluoro resin has excellent non-stick and heat resistance. PFA coating forms a non-porous film such as FEP. It may be successively used at (290°/550°F) and in case of demand for chemical resistance, Agrade is separately prepared to increase the film thickness by 1300 μm.
